Here is the latest podcast from The Journal of Medical Practice Management. In this 20-minute podcast, Max Reiboldt and Justin Chamblee of the Coker Group, www.cokergroup.com discuss RVUs and physician compensation, the type of specialties being compensated via RVUs, the differences in private practice and hospital employment, the common pitfalls of these types of compensation plans, show health care reform might have an impact on RVU-based compensation plans.
